Designing a natural language interface that lets education domain experts explore student data without needing to know how to query a database.

My role

I own product strategy and roadmap for an agentic platform enabling education domain experts to explore sensitive student data through a natural language interface. My work includes leading user research to understand how expert users naturally converse with data, establishing data access boundaries and compliance guardrails, and reviewing model outputs to drive iterative improvements.
